Returns
Unopened sticker packs and posters can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — just drop us an email first. Because custom sticker packs and polaroid prints are made with your personal choices and photos, we can't accept returns on those unless they arrive damaged or incorrect (in which case we'll reprint or refund immediately, your choice).
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't shown up within 14 days of dispatch, email us a photo (for damage) or your order number and we'll sort a replacement or refund straight away.
